FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 using Poczta Polska. Flat rate shipping fee of €2.75 applies to orders shipping to Poland.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping for orders over EUR €20 with Poczta Polska Priority Registered Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, Mayotte, Réunion, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Andorra, Croatia, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Vatican City, Caribbean Netherlands, St. Martin, St. Pierre & Miquelon.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DO ZROBIENIA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer EUR €2.75 flat rate shipping to Poland. You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. ).
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at biuro@do-zrobienia.pl with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
